Turkey celebrates a monumental achievement as the vehicle inspection services concession shifts to a new operator. The bid, previously managed by TÜVTÜRK through 2027, has been claimed by the MOI Consortium, comprising Opus and Met-Gün Group, for 2027-2047. Valued at a whopping $1.72 billion, this tender marks one of Turkey's most significant financial infusions in the last 20 years.
